What is an Asset Allocation Fund of Funds - Moderate Plan?

Bandhan Asset Allocation Fund of Funds - Moderate Plan invests across different Bandhan Mutual Fund schemes based on a pre-defined asset allocation model. This scheme is a moderate plan and invests a majority of its corpus in debt assets. Bandhan Asset Allocation Fund of fund - moderate plan is mandated to invest 10%-75% of its assets in debt funds. In order to diversify the asset allocation, the fund also invests in equity funds. According to the mandate, a minimum of 25% of the fund must be invested in equity funds, including off-shore equity funds.

Bandhan Asset Allocation mutual Fund of fund - moderate plan is also allowed to invest in alternative funds and securities such as gold, debt and money market securities. A maximum of 30% of the funds corpus can be invested in gold funds. According to the mandate, a maximum of 5% can be invested in debt and money market securities.
